- 1. For best results, clean nails thoroughly of natural oils to ensure maximum base coat and nail polish adhesion.
- 2. Apply 1 thin coat of Peely Base on clean, dry nails. Tip: for longer wear, don’t apply all the way to the edges of the nail, stop a bit short so the nail polish will stick on the outer edges of your nail around your Peely Base. Avoid getting Peely Base on your skin or cuticles to prevent premature lifting.
- 3. Allow to dry to the touch before applying your favourite nail polish. Tip: for longer wear, wrap under the tips of your nails with your nail polish and top coat.
- 4. Don’t forget to seal it all in with a nice thick coat of Glossy Taco for extended wear! Tip: this helps the peel come off in a more satisfying piece. The thicker the manicure, the more poppin’ the peely!
- 5. Enjoy your mani and when it's fully dry, gently peel or pop off your peelies with a wood cuticle stick by gently lifting the nail polish from just above the cuticle. For best peel results, wait until at least the next day after application to peel, or even longer!

This was my first every peely bass and I was so excited to get it but it always falls off after the second day! Not worth it. I even tried doing to techniques to make it last longer but nothing.

When I first used this product I found it very upsetting how quickly it did peel off. When I would do my nails I would have the peel off base make my mani last 2 days at most. After that I only used the long lasting base for several months until I decided to give it another shot. After following advise on how to make the base last longer from simply and others I can now get it to last to about 3 days or so. I still need to work on how I apply the base and polish for sure but it lasts longer than it did before. If you are someone who loves to change yours nails a couple of times a week than this is the product for you! If you don't like staining on your nails I would pair the peel off base with something like the long lasting base in order to protect your nails from staining. Even though I still struggle with this product with time to time I still enjoy using it and I am trying to make it to where the peel off base coat is my main base coat.

Given how frequently I change out my nails (3-4 times a week), Peely Base is an absolute staple. I typically leave a little border at the tip of my nail ***** and cover the rest with Peely Base, then go over top with another base coat to protect against stains and make the peel-off process easier. This product dries pretty quickly (within 5 minutes), is easy to use, and does what it's supposed to do. It sticks on well enough to very rarely have accidental peelies, yet removes easily when I want it to. Very occasionally I'll get a little bit of damage, but it's usually at the edges where the peely base stops.
