Smoothing Base

Regular price $12.00
Regular price $12.00 Sale price $12.00
Smooth out uneven, dented or ridged nails with this nourishing ridge-filler base coat. Apply one coat as your base and your manicure will appear more smooth and even. Try wearing Smoothing Base alone for a conditioned nail look — like a sheer foundation for your nails!
    • 1. For best results, clean nails thoroughly of natural oils to ensure maximum base coat and nail polish adhesion. Make sure to use acetone-based nail polish remover or a nail dehydrating solution to properly prep the nail plate.
    • 2. Apply 1 to 2 coats of Smoothing Base on clean, dry nails. Wrap under the tips of your nails to help prevent tip wear.
    • 3. Allow to dry to the touch before applying your favourite nail polish. Or, wear 2 coats alone for a conditioned natural look!
    • 4. Don’t forget to seal it all in with a nice thick coat of Glossy Taco for extended wear!
    • Acts as a nail primer that fills in grooves in uneven nail plate
    • Semi-translucent milky beige finish

Just what I needed!

I love this! Not just as a base coat to go under other polishes! When I’m in a rush and can’t do a full mani before work but still want my nails protected and not *****, I go straight to this and a glossy taco! It’s amazing and I love using just this and one of the sparkly tacos, too! It’s a nail saver! Quality Holo Taco product as always!

Love it!

This is a really good base coat - on its own and under polish.

It smooths!

Great smoothing base! I think that for the price, it's not worth it. I use it w/both Holo Taco and regular polishes. It's not that impressive, just normal.

Awesome

I bought the smoothing base for my mom as she has ridges on her nails. Due to this, she doesn't wear nail polish at all. After convincing her to try it, she loved it. Ridges be gone!

Not bad, could be better but also I don't make nail polish so idk maybe it can't

Not sure if my nails are just way too ridged and bumpy but it takes at least 2 or 3 coats sometimes to make it flat. With crèmes, I can still see parts that are higher than others but with the glitters it's fine. I really hate thick nail polish so I just do 3 layers max, maybe it would be better with more. I also don't love how it's yellow so I'll try the new pink one when this bottle runs out. I don't really have problems with peeling though one time it did the next day. But since then it's been fine.
