    1. 1. For best results, clean nails thoroughly of natural oils to ensure maximum base coat and nail polish adhesion.
    2. 2. Apply one thin coat of Quick-Dry Base on clean, dry nails. Wrap under the tips of your nails to help prevent tip wear.
    3. 3. Once touch-dry and slightly tacky, apply your favourite nail polish.
    4. 4. Once touch-dry, seal your mani in with a coat of Glossy Taco for long lasting wear & durability.

Excellent base coat

As it turns out, I’ve been using clear nail polish instead of real base coat for years now. Whoops! I can tell that this product really helps keep the nail color looking good for longer.

Nail polish peeled off and didn’t help it dry faster

The packaging of the holo taco nail polish is amazing but it didn’t work very well. The nail polish kept peeling off regularly and didn’t even make it dry any faster. I would not recommend this product. Hope this helps.

Works Wonders

This base coat stayed on my nails for 2 weeks without chipping! (Long-Lasting Base only lasts me about a week) This base paired really well with the polishes I've used. Highly recommend.

Not all about this base

I don't hate the base, I think it has a purpose, but didn't work for my nails. I would definitely recommend the long lasting base over quick-dry because they both dry equally quick and I found the quick dry didn't bond as well with the polish. I haven't used the peal base before so I don't know how the peal mechanism works, but I found with this base the base coat stayed on my nail and the polish pealed off of the base itself, which was nice because when it lifted and I gave into my temptation to peal, I didn't damage my nail because the base stayed on and protected my nail, but it didn't last longer than a few days for me. With that being said, I have very smooth nails and I have a toddler so my manicures typically don't last long. Long story short, if you're deciding between quick dry and long lasting, I would go long lasting becuase it droies just as quick. If you like to peal, great polish becuase the base stays on and you dont rip your nail pealing it off.

I recommend this product

Did not work for me

I bought this awhile ago and my nails would chip within 24 hours. I thought it was me and tried to dehydrate my nails beforehand, washed dishes with gloves on etc and just could not stop chipping. The polish would even peel off at times as if it was peely base (see picture). I finally bought the long lasting base coat and I finally have a long lasting manicure. Now this could 100% just be my body chemistry and this could work for other people, but if you have issues with chipping nail polish within days of painting your nails do not buy this and go purchase the long lasting base.
