Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact support@holotaco.com within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return.

Your email must include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide a free digital return shipping label.

Refunds are issued for the price paid for the returned item(s) after any promotions or discounts, excluding shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Exchanges are not available at this time.

Collection Sets must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns from Collection Sets will not be accepted. Orders containing multiple units of the same item may not be eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns and refunds at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of repeated or excessive returns.
