Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days. Due to increased volume during new product launches, orders may take up to 8 to 10 business days to ship. In addition to new product launches, please allow for additional processing time during special promotions and holidays.
Customs Duties & Import Fees
As of November 6, 2020, international taxes and duties are now listed during checkout so you’ll know what the full cost of your order is up front. This way, we can keep each country’s taxes and duties accurate and up-to-date as they change, and you won’t be charged additional fees when your package arrives in your country.
