Essentially an OG for Holo Taco, this shade was amongst the first to freeze boring nails in their tracks. This icy blue holo glitter was released in our very first Holodays Collection, and spent four years helping countless winter-inspired manis sleigh. We wish Frost Light well in this next season of its iconic career.
