FedEx and USPS do not service all countries. We are only able to fulfill/ship orders to countries that accept nail polish and are covered FedEx.
U.S. Holoday Shipping Costs
Due to the high volume of orders and slower delivery times during the holoday season, we upgraded to a better U.S. shipping option for the season. The adjusted shipping price is temporary and we’ll be back to our usual shipping options after the holodays.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during launches, special promotions, and holidays.
When do I need to order my holo to receive it by December 25th?
For US customers:
- If your order includes a Holoday Collection Set, order by 12/2 and select Regular Shipping to receive it by 12/25. Or order by 12/17 at 12PM ET / 9AM PT and select Express Shipping to receive it by 12/25.
If your order does not include a Holoday Collection Set, order by 12/10 at 12PM ET / 9AM PT and select Regular Shipping to receive your order by 12/25. If you order by 12/17 at 12pm ET / 9AM PT, please select Express Shipping to receive your order by 12/25.
For international customers:
- If your order includes a Holoday Collection Set, order by 12/2 to receive it by 12/25.
- If your order does not include a Holoday Collection Set, order by 12/10 at 12PM ET / 9AM PT to receive your order by 12/25.
Please note that we cannot control unforeseen delays caused by shipping carriers or delays in shipping times due to international customs processes.
Import Duties, Customs Fees, Local Sales Taxes
Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the prices listed on our website.
You are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to. Unfortunately, Holo Taco has no control over these charges. Please consult with your local customs agency to find out more information regarding the amount of duties, taxes, or fees you may have to pay.

If you are not satisfied with your order, send an email to email@example.com within 90 days of your order date. Please include your order number and the name of the items you wish to return and we will send you a free return label.
Items can only be returned for a refund or gift card for the price paid after promotions or discounts have been applied; shipping fees are non-refundable. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Collection Sets must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns will not be accepted.
