1. For maximum glow effect, apply Aqua Glow In The Dark Taco/Glow In The Dark Taco over Not Milky White. Note glow pigment dries down satin with a subtle light yellow-green cloudy tint. 
2. Let Aqua Glow In The Dark Taco/Glow In The Dark Taco dry to the touch and follow with a Glossy Taco for quick-dry and long lasting wear results. The topcoat serves as a manicure sealant and will not hinder the glowing properties of a Glow In The Dark Taco! 
3. Activate the glow by ‘charging’ your nails under a bright light for at least 30 seconds, then shut off all the lights to see them glow in the dark!
