Just no.

First of all, I think it's kind of bizarre that there is no option to review the whole collection as the magnetic bundle is no longer advertised on the website. It's holo taco, so the colors are pretty per usual. The pigment is strong per usual. However, three out of the five polishes, Stain the nails with the long lasting base coat after only two full days of wear. I didn't think I would have to remove them so quickly, but I did and was surprised to see three of my nails were stained reddish/Pink. The magnetic aspect of this polish is trash. The actual magnet that comes with it is also not great. I used my personal stronger magnet(for magnet fishing) to get a crisp line, only for it to slowly revert back and disappear. I have tried every aspect of getting those crisp lines that are advertised in the photos, except spending the whole day, an hour per nail on the magnet. Because I honestly think that is what it would take to achieve the results shown in the photos. I followed the video. I followed the video plus longer. The pink and green were the only ones that kept some reminance of the magnetic effect, but it was not very noticable. Showed up better under certain light and angle. If anything, this polish would be okay for an accent nail kind of thing, but be prepared to spend 30-60 minutes on that one accent nail to maybe get the results you want. Regardless, I am so ****** I bought two sets for me and my ten year old and neither of us get to really enjoy them after being so excited about them. I hate writing a review like this because I love holo taco, but damn they failed on this polish, falsely advertised it's actual achievable effects, and now I am out $200. Definitely going to rethink purchasing special effect and new formula polishes from now on.

Not a good magnetic polish

This one really doesn't magnetize well. I thought it was just me, but I tried magnetics from other brands and they worked so much better. I think this formula just isn't great

Really disappointed

I was so looking forward to this formula, remembering a magnetic one I had 20 years ago from a standard brand, I believe it was revlon. It gave the most fabulous effects and I couldn’t wait to try this from Holo taco hoping it would be even better! Unfortunately it just doesn’t work. I’m really sad to say but now matter how much time and effort I’ve put down in getting the magnetic effect it just doesn’t work. Super disappointing since this would be my dream polish. I’ve tried everything and there just isn’t any magnetic effect. Love the colour though.

gorgeous but the magnetic effect isn't that great

I am wearing this polish for the Olivia Rodrigo guts tour, and it is perfectly on the theme, and I absolutely adore the colour and duo chrome shift of the shimmer in the polish. However, even though I followed the magnet instructions, like magnetizing every coat for 1 minute, including the glossy taco, I found that the magnetic pigment did not stay in place, and the magnetic line was not as bold compared to other magnetic shades. Two days later, it doesn't even seem to have the cat eye effect. I still love it, but I think I will utilize it unmagnetized.
